Terms of service
1. Who we are and who these terms apply to
Vu Audit is operated by Allan Vu, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every SEO audit ordered through this website by a business customer ("you"): a company, a sole trader or another professional ordering for business purposes.
2. The service
The service is an SEO audit of your website: a structured review of a sample of your public pages, plus your sitemap, robots.txt and server settings. You receive a report as a PDF and an editable Word document, in English or French. It contains a score, the fixes to make first, every finding with its evidence and a recommended fix, and an action plan on a timeline.
- It is based on a sample. Larger sites get a larger sample, but we do not review every page. Counts in the report describe the pages checked.
- It uses public information. Rankings, traffic and real-world speed are included only if you give us read-only access to Google Search Console and Analytics. Without it, those parts are marked "not assessed".
- It is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. We use AI tools to help analyse your pages and draft the report, and a person reviews every report before delivery.
- It describes your site on the day of the audit. Later changes, or a new audit, are not included in the price.
- We do not change your website. The report tells you what to change; making the changes is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. What we do not promise
We do not promise any ranking, traffic or sales result. Search engines change their rules and results depend on many things we do not control. Our recommendations reflect the information available on the day of the audit.
4. Ordering
You send a request through the form on this website. We reply by email to confirm the scope, the price, the report language and the delivery time. The order is placed when you accept that proposal and pay.
5. Price and VAT
Prices are in euros and depend on the size of your site, as shown in the pricing section and confirmed in our proposal. Prices are not subject to VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).
6. Payment
You pay in advance by secure payment link, through Stripe. We start work when payment is received. We never see or store your card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver the report by email to the address you gave us. We confirm the expected delivery time in our proposal. Delivery is usually within 5 working days of payment and of receiving the information needed (7 working days for large sites). The time can extend if we are waiting for information or access from you.
8. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the website or are authorised to have it audited.
- You give us accurate information about your site.
- If you give us access to Search Console or Analytics, it is read-only. We ask for nothing more: never send us a password to your website or hosting.
- You decide whether and how to apply our recommendations. Back up your site before making changes.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The report is yours for your own business use, and you may share it with the developers and agencies who work for you. You may not resell it or present it as your own work. We keep our methods, templates and tools.
We treat your information and your report as confidential. We will not publish your name, your website or any identifiable finding without your written permission. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Full refund if you cancel before the audit starts. No refund once the report has been delivered, unless it contains an error on my side, which I correct free of charge.
11. Liability
We carry out the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost traffic or lost sales, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to hello@vuaudit.com and we will answer within 5 working days.
13. Changes to these terms
The terms published on the day you place your order apply to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, the courts of Pontoise have jurisdiction.
